You may need a little practice to pronounce certain words. Try reading out loud and repeating difficult words. Speak slowly if your dentures ‘click’ when you speak. You should take them off at night, clean them gently with a soft brush, and soak them overnight in warm (not hot) water. Rinse your dentures in the morning before putting them back in your mouth.
